This BBQ/Hot Sauce hybrid is excellent on everything, and we can’t get enough of it here at Mat’s Hot Shop. It’s rich and smoky from the mild Morita pepper (a smoked red jalapeno) and slightly sweet from the Tamarind. Use this as a glaze for pork belly or baby back ribs, but don’t say we didn’t warn you when you start putting it on everything.

Heat Level: 🌶 Mild

Ingredients: aged tamarind chili paste (raisins, tamarind concentrate, gluten-free soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, morita chile, ancho chile, kosher salt), vinegar, cane sugar, fresh garlic

I don't like many hot sauces but this one is so good I have it on cheese and I couldn't get enough till it ran out now im sad cause no one has it in stock :sob:

This is my favourite hot sauce ever

I love this hot sauce, it’s so balanced. It’s like a bbq sauce but better with the perfect amount of spice, smoke, sweetness. Also love the packaging etc that it came it .
