Refund Policy for Mat's Hot Shop

At Mat's Hot Shop, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality hot sauces. We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, and we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged item and your order details to process your refund or replacement.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer a refund if preferred.

  3. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Process for Refunds:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@matshotshop.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Once your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Please note that our refund policy does not cover products that have been used or altered.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
