Super excited to bring you a brand new sauce maker, Bodega Deli, a project born out of New York City that is now based in Melbourne, Australia. Inspired by the classic Everything Bagel, this sauce sits alongside everything nicely, from salads, tacos and of course breakfast eggs. It packs a nice mild to medium punch but we think you’ll love it.

Heat Level: 🌶🌶 Medium

Ingredients: tomato, apple cider vinegar, habanero, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, sugar

The name says it all!

They knew what they were doing when they named this sauce. A beautifully balanced sauce that adds a little summin'-summin' to anything that's graced with its delicious presence. Definitely at the lower end of the spice spectrum – but sometimes you need a little spark and not the full 240V surge, y'know? Great with everything (duh!), but I especially love it on eggs.

One of my favourites.

If you love Crystal hot sauce then you'll love this. It's more of a vinegar based sauce using habanero for the heat. I find it more on the milder side than medium however much like Mat's description, it is sauce that can accompany almost everything. It is now defiantly a staple in my sauce rotation. 10/10 would recommend.
