QUEEN MAJESTY HOT SAUCE - SCOTCH BONNET & GINGER

Queen Majesty makes some of the best hot sauce in the world, and this Scotch Bonnet & Ginger hot sauce is right up there as one of our favourites. The original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to compliment than compete with it. Lots of fresh ginger root and Scotch Bonnets give this sauce a vibrant flavour with a slow-burning heat, while the lime juice and garlic help round it out to make this a surprisingly versatile sauce.

Secret Aardvark’s Habanero sauce would have to be one of America’s favourite table sauces out right now. Based in Portland, Oregon, this Caribbean/Tex-Mex hybrid is made with flavourful Habanero peppers, roasted tomato, mustard, carrots and onions. excellent hot sauces all with medium+ heat.

The Aarvark is just a good warm habanero sauce, certainly a simple sauce to have in the fridge.
All the Dirty Dicks sauces are good and this one with a tropical twist is no exception. It has a good long lingering heat, and very fruity so it pairs well with Grilled Chicken - like thighs. Yum
The Queens Scotch Bonnet and Ginger surprised me to the upside as well, I've only tasted it on a spoon but this would be magic with Asian Food - like dumplings 0 finally an alternative to chilli oil (mind you it is nothing like chilly oil)
