Melbourne BBQ institution Fancy Hanks has been producing quality Hot Sauce for a few years now, but here we see their first entry into the hot range with this Pineapple Reaper. A blend of sweet heat from the pineapple, but the heat is still tame enough to enjoy with 3% reapers to the bottle (it doesn’t sound like much but a little goes a long way!). Nice sweet subtle flavours from white miso and brightness from the addition of lime juice, this is a tasty little number ready for the summer!
