Extremely well balanced sauce, with great flavour depth easy on the palate. Doesn’t hit the front of the tongue like the cheaper brands do. Well worth the wait and totally worth the price.

The Mango Habenero Gin hot sauce is delicious, goes with everything, I have it on my eggs Benedict and on a beautiful med rare eye fillet. Not over powering at all. Has a nice subtle burn….love it
Got a bottle today at the big design market and I love this hot sauce! Well balanced and the perfect heat level to add some extra flavour to your meal. Also, the service was fantastic at the market, the staff member took the time to walk me through all the flavour profiles of their range and help me find the perfect match. 10/10 would recommend.
For those who dare to ignite their taste buds, the solar flare sauce is a real treat! With its spicy kick and hint of passionfruit, it's a match made in heaven - or should I say, a match made in a fiery passionfruit paradise?
