Inspired by the popular, classic Chengdu street snack Zhong Dumplings, Zhong Sauce is a concoction of aromatic "fuzhi" soy sauce, slow-brewed with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a blend of spices. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — intensely delicious and versatile.

I brought this for my Continental Pasta & Sauce packets. It is absolutely delicious. A little bit expensive for the size but it is good for a treat on a cold day. Tastes like the satchels in the 2 minute noodles. Very mild & doesn't linger for too long. 5/5

Sweet and savoury, with a little bit of heat. Great on dumplings, crispy pork or duck bao, and the like. The jar did not last long!

Omg!! The sauce for me.

Think of all the flavours of the packet in Mi Goreng. Like that but so much flavour. Could almost live i there, it’s that amazing. Spice could be a touch more but personal tolerance and taste. Will be getting more.
