This unique sauce is made in collaboration with South Australian Soda Kings Mischief Brew, and is crafted with pineapple, ginger, lime, coriander and red habanero chilli. Featuring juicy, sweet, fresh flavours and a medium heat level, it is perfect for summer salads and Al Pastor tacos.

Not terrible but not much to write home about either. A little watery perhaps? I prefer other tropical hot sauces like uncle steezy's tropical haze which has a great balance of sweet/savoury/heat and so I don't think I will buy this one again because there are better pineapple-based sauces out there IMO.
