This one’s all comfort up front and chilli kick at the end. We took sweet Aussie apples, warm baking spices, and fiery red habaneros to create a sauce that tastes like hot apple pie — but with heat. It’s smooth, bold, and just weird enough to work on everything from roast pork, waffles or a cheeky sausage egg and cheese.
