A truly unique hot sauce, pairing the sweet raisin like notes from the Mexican Ancho chilli (smoked and dried Poblano chilli), dark brown sugar, hot chillies, and slow cold brewed dark roasted coffee. The end result is a thick BBQ like sauce, with great depth and complexity. Please note that they use decaffeinated coffee beans. using the traditional Swiss Water method, to retain full flavour, without the use of chemicals.
