Tangy and absolutely delicious

Brought it with me on my trip abroad. Finished it just half way into my trip. Was amazing with fish but also fried foods, like wings and spring rolls. Can’t wait to stock up on this again when I’m back

was very pleasantly surprised by this sauce. A little watery in consistency but makes it up with amazing aromas and deliciously deep flavour. You instantly get a great smell of the trinidad scorpion peppers and vinegar, then the flavour delivers a spicy punch that is well balanced with the sweet and sourness of the pear and blood orange.

Has a strange bite. Somehow manages to be complex and basic at the same time. Goes well with mexican food.

Not bad but not my favourite

There is definitely a large selection of sauces that have vinegar as the most prominent flavour & this is one of them. Reasonable heat but nothing spectacular taste wise in my opinion.
