I finished a bottle of this sauce more than a year ago and I can still remember how much of a banger it was. Great balance of sweet and savoury with just enough heat. The mango flavour was absolutely perfect on halloumi tacos.

4 stars only because it was up against the Pineapple Habanero which beats everything hands down.
This was nice though, haven't found anything it doesn't pair well with meat wise. Good sauce :)
