Did you know HAMAJANG in Pidgin English means “messed up”? So what’s so messed up about this? Well, it’s not the sauce that’s messed up, but if you don’t know what you are doing it could be you that is messed up!

The combination of smoked Ghost Peppers (Bhut Jolokia) and fiery Habanero gives this sauce an intense level of heat and flavour. We suggest you take it slow because Ghost Pepper heat builds and may reach its hottest after 20-30 minutes. This smoky vinegar mix is beautiful on grilled chicken!

Beautiful very hot smokey sauce

The Hamajang is an amazing hot sauce with a very Smokey bbq like immediate taste with a substantial heady hot kicker… lovely sauce used sparingly

Eat with everything

Deliciously smoky, I can eat with everything. Lucky it has a drip cap on otherwise I would be ruined by the heat but it would be finished quickly because it’s so tasty and versatile.

One of my favorites. lasts aggggges as you dont need that much of it. Spicy for sure but has alot of flavour... deffo not just a bragging rights sauce but one you will use often!! Will buy when back in stock!!

Way hotter then it says

even though it only says 3/5 peppers its quite hot!! the heat hits you straight away not after 30/40 minutes as it says. be prepared haha
