For the first few seconds you get the delicious, layered smoky BBQ flavour and then the Reaper appears. A sustained and beautiful burn. I am a hot sauce fiend and Melbourne Hot Sauce are f**king awesome!

Heat and flavour in perfect harmony

Really, really well balanced sauce. Packs some heat, while keeping a solid bbq sauce flavour. When sauces get up to this sort of 7.5 or 8 out of 10 heat they often sacrifice flavour, but this one keeps both. Nice job. Mixed it through some mayo to make a superb burger sauce
