Salsa Macha is a Mexican condiment, used more as a topping for dishes like quesadillas or tacos rather than a traditional salsa served with tortilla chips.
Made with dried chilies, nuts, seeds, and vegetable oil. Flavourful, but not overly spicy – it can be used to flavour so many foods.
Mildest of the family of three, the Oaxaca blend has a delicious mix of three chiles, one smoky, one fruity and the last one packs a little bite. These are complemented by sunflower seeds and black sesame seeds.
