This kimchi ketchup is a true labour of love, barrel-fermented for 4+ months to unlock its deep, smoky-sweet complexity. Each batch undergoes a meticulous fermentation process, allowing the bold, tangy flavours to slowly develop and intensify.
We teamed up with Gaga's for this Mat's Hot Shop exclusive, it's the perfect companion for any dish. Ideal for when you want the bold flavours of kimchi and the versatility of ketchup. Made with a base of aged gochugaru, garlic, ginger, fiery habanero and a dash of anchovy sauce for that umami goodness.
