This is an absolute favourite - and it’s more familiar of a flavour than you think!
Native Peppermint Gum (Eucalyptus dives) is minty, cooling and refreshing - so it’s dried, crushed - and then fermented with loads of fresh watermelon for flavour, beetroot for earthy flavours and colour, and habanero chillies for some fire.
It’s juicy, refreshing, and intriguing - and then then warmth comes through.
