East African cuisine is widely available in the DC metro region, and after falling in love with the flavours, Clark and Hopkins set out to make their own Ethiopian Hot Sauce. The deep, fragrant heat comes from Habaneros, Jalapeños and their aromatic curry called Berbere that they get flown in from Ethiopia.
