This week its Clark + Hopkins ‘Chesapeake Bay’ out of Winchester, Virginia USA. Named after the inlet in the U.S. states of Maryland and Virginia, the Chesapeake Bay is a zesty pepper sauce using a bold blend of spices, apple cider vinegar, bay leaves, jalapeños, mustard and ginger.

Clark and Hopkins like to refer to it as the “Elevated Essence of the Chesapeake”, and since the Chesapeake Bay produces about 500 million pounds of seafood each year you best believe this is amazing on seafood.
