Ultra Culture Community comes out of Coburg with their fermented goodies and ultra fresh products that we have been loving for a while now. When they announced the release of their new Fermented Pineapple sauce I had to pick it up for you guys to try!
Made in super small batches with Fermented pineapple, Tasmanian mountain pepper, Arbol chilli powder and fresh turmeric, the sweetness of the funky pineapple comes through making this one perfect for Chicken, Pork or even as a splashy salad dressing!
