Paddy's O's Potion fantastically bright sauce has a vinegar base with grapefruit to bring on the tang! Garlic is high on the list but is rounded out with the sunflower seed oil and a hint of sweet carrot. Toss directly on seafood, add to butternut squash soup, or zest up your salad.
