Danny Balboa’s Sauce Co - Electric Dynamite

Electric Dynamite is the latest sauce from Danny Balboa, and this one has stepped it up a little making it the hottest sauce from Dan so far. The flavour profile consists of roasted capsicum, orange and habanero peppers, a potent combo if I ever did see one.
The Embers - Handmade Hot Sauce
Heat Level: 🌶🌶 Medium
The Embers is a super smokey, super rich hot sauce that has a bit of a kick but is more about the flavour. Made only with Bird’s Eye Chilies, Vinegar, and Salt. It's allergen free, entirely plant based, and FODMAP friendly but compromises nothing in taste. Heat is about a 7 out of 10 but dies off quickly. Goes fantastic with hummus and crackers or a fat, juicy burger. Can last a year in the pantry but almost certainly won't be left alone long enough to get that old.
Mat’s Hot Shop - Peachango Tango

Peachango Tango is Mat's pride and joy. A tribute to his upbringing in a regional Victorian town famous for its fruit orchards and preserves. Made with a mix of peaches, mango, spices and fiery habanero peppers, just a spoonful will make you want to dance with its sweet heat. An essential sauce that goes with just about anything - we recommend it on chicken, salmon, potatoes and gooey eggs in the morning.

Lil’ Becky’s Hot Sauce uses only the finest peppers grown organically in Brunswick West, watched over by Lil’ Becky herself. We aim for depth of flavour over heat, use Lil’ Becky’s to enhance the flavour of any meal.
Our sauces use slightly different combinations of Habanero peppers giving each batch a unique and subtle difference while always being the same great sauce you’ll come to known and love.
Melbourne Hot Sauce - Hop Smoked Jalapeno
Heat Level: 🌶 Mild
This one here is a 3-way collaboration between Melbourne Hot Sauce, Wolf of the Willows Brewery and St Kilda Burger Bar. After eight months of R&D they have come up with the perfect beer based red jalapeno hot sauce for beef burgers, it's seriously good! The authentic smokiness of this sauce is the standout here with the Jalapeno’s smoked for 6 hours over galaxy hops and locally sourced cherry wood and the addition of extra pale ale (XPA) adds a whole new layer of depth. Somebody order me a burger already!
