A Mano Cucina - Fermented Hot Sauce
A new sauce maker in the ever growing Melbourne Hot Sauce scene, ‘A Mano’ is an Italian duo making Italian inspired food and condiments. This is their first sauce they have created, a 14 day Fermented Hot Sauce that’s made from locally sourced ingredients with flavours inspired by their Italian heritage. All the ingredients are sourced from Australia, we love the inclusion of fennel seed in this sauce! It’s a great all round sauce, but for some inspiration you could try it on eggs, on top of pasta, with some dumplings or in a panini.
