A brand new addition to the Ultra Culture line-up and their first mustard based sauce. This Barbados style suce is made with their very own house-made yellow mustard blended with ripe bananas and fermented Scotch Bonnet pepers. Notes of Tropical fruit, hot mustard, warm spices. It has good kick to it, also.
Pair this one with Sweet and sour dishes like agrodolce, battered fish, pumpkin soup or grilled chicken.
