Smoked Reaper

SSB Smokers Club is back in session with their latest and hottest member to date; the Smoked Carolina Reaper! This sauce was created with the same technique as their other two award winning smoked hot sauces. Whole pods carefully smoked for 4 hours over a select secret blend of wood chunks, then blended and balanced with a bunch of other goodies to help compliment the smokey, fruity and savoury characteristics of this absolute monster of a sauce. Perfect as a finishing sauce, or to infuse heat in flavour into any dish you desire. Try over your next slice of pizza for one hell of a ride!

Ingredients: chilli (smoked carolina reaper 40%), apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion, garlic, carrot, tomato, sea salt.
