Melbourne based private dining collective Nama have been putting on some of the best feasts around the city in 2021 using locally sourced produce to create their Aussie grown, Asian inspired dishes. We are lucky to have their first official Hot Sauce for you and it’s a special sauce indeed.
Made with Victorian red chillies that have been fermented for at least 14 days and blended with Miso, Yuzu Koshu, Yuzu Juice to keep with their asian inspired roots. Super tasty, super friendly, this one won’t last long!
